The CIB is pleased to announce the publication of the sixth issue of The Intelligence Review, a compendium of useful analytical forecasts by CIB analysts, which relate to some of the most pressing questions in global security today. The volume is the product of a transatlantic collaboration between the CIB and the European Intelligence Academy (EIA), a network of intelligence studies scholars, specialists and students, who are dedicated to promoting international collaboration in intelligence scholarship and research. CIB holds its fifth symposium at the Myrtle Beach Education Center
Nearly 80 people gathered at the Myrtle Beach Education Center on the morning of Thursday, December 6, for the fifth Chanticleer Intelligence Brief Symposium. The event featured timely updates about some of the world’s most critical hot spots by a panel of CIB Analysts. Sixth CIB Banquet celebrates semester’s hard work
Members of the Chanticleer Intelligence Brief (CIB) met for the culmination of the semester on December 5, to recognize the hard work of officers, analysts and members, and to renew their pledge to make the organization even stronger in the coming year. Russia and China call for easing DPRK sanctions, undermining US strategy
Talks between Russia, China, and North Korea have resulted in a tripartite call for the gradual relief of sanctions on North Korea. This may indicate that Russia and China are looking to exert their influence on Pyongyang’s denuclearization negotiations, and in doing so undermine the United States’ strategy of maximum pressure.
