Internship

In January 2022, the Chanticleer Intelligence Brief (CIB) at Coastal Carolina University (CCU), in association with the European Intelligence Academy, launched a new Applied Intelligence Internship. This competitive program features a hands-on experience that places CIB members in an intelligence collection setting in supports critical-mission objectives. The Applied Intelligence Internship takes place in CCU’s state-of-the-art Intelligence Operations Command Center (IOCC), which is located in the Edwards College of Humanities and Fine Arts. Each semester, six interns serve as Critical Mission Center (CMC) Directors, with each of them overseeing the work of up to four CMC Support Officers. These teams are tasked with collecting critical information on crises and hot spots around the world as they emerge, in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

To apply for a place in the Applied Intelligence Internship for the coming semester, please complete the application below before the end of April 30, 2023. For information about this program, contact Dr. Joseph Fitsanakis.
